I bought Ponds Make up Remover Towelettes. I used one last night and I liked it. I didn't really use it on my neck, and definitely not my lips... but this morning, I woke up with 3 itchy, red bumps/lumps on my neck, 2 on my chin, 1 under my eye, and 1 on my bottom lip, making my lip swollen.
